Calpol Plug In - Safe around dog?

Hello!

My little one is very congested at the moment and the pharmacist recommended the calpol plug in's.

We have a small dog who always sleeps with us and little one is currently in a next to me as she's 4 and a half months old.

Does anyone know if the Calpol plug in is safe around dogs? I've tried to Google but can't find much.

I don't know about safety of the vapour but our cat lovvveeeessss it. We can't let him near it. He licks it as soon as he finds out its turned on.

No, definitely not dog safe.

It contains menthol, camphor and eucalytus oils, all of which are toxic to dogs if ingested or inhaled.

What about using something like this rub on your baby instead? That way only she will be inhaling the vapours, rather than all of you (including the dog)/
