Hematoma in my dogs ear

Hi everyone.. wonder if anyone can give me advice.. my dog has a hematoma on her ear .. I had it drained 2 weeks ago an cost 175 pound was ok till now it's filled up again an swollen... I can't afford another 175 .. I've given tumeric tablet ... Held a ice pack on her ear and also applied fucidin cream .. anyone got any other advice would be really grateful thank you

@Lexiloo42 not sure if you have had a solution, but normally the exess fluid is re absorbed over a few weeks.

So my advice is to just leave it.
