How do you get a 9 week old kitten used to being groomed?

keep trying love!!!! my 3 love it now....but it took them a while- at first they used to bite the brush or trying to play fight with it!!- but they are so good now my 19mth old dd can groom them!!!

oh that sounds cute!!

She is getting used to it - just keep getting the brush out and running it down her back when she is relaxed; seems to be working.

Now, to get her OFF the blardy christmas tree!

As mean as it sounds, For the xmas tree - Get a spray bottle and just spray it at her feet anytime she goes up the tree. I had to do it with mine last year and they only did it twice before they learnt! lol

Also for brushing - just keep doing it, she'll get used to it.

Yeah - going to get a bottle today... it is driving me nuts!

I have been flicking water at her which sort of works but a sprayer has better aim!
