Never have I ever watched the price of anything, the way I have regarding the sale of kittens.
I cannot believe, one people pay these prices, and two the sellers in all conscious ask for this kind of money. These are not kitten/cat lovers - they are in it for one thing only - money.
If you travel up North or Wales, it still elevated but you can actually buy a kitten for £250. But of course by the time you have paid for the petrol, you are back in square one.
I did see a comforting message on here, that made total sense regarding prices coming down. People will no longer "need a cat" and two have the money once all the pubs and shops etc., are back open, to afford to pay these ridiculous prices.
But it has added at least a month on to my misery of not having a little furry friend (always had a kitten/cat) and just doesn't help at all in my grief of losing her in the first place. x
