Scaly patches on kittens

Hello,

We got 2 gorgeous little kittens just over a week ago, a couple of days ago I noticed a little patch on one of their ears which looked dry & less hair. Today I have noticed that the areas above the eyes of the second one also looks dry and scaly. Have attached pics.

Just wondering if it's just dry skin- heating on a lot at the moment or something more sinister - they don't appear to scratch there more than anywhere else or be bothered by it.

They had a vet check just after we got them and were declared fine and flea-free, we are back mid week next week for vaccinations so vet can look them, but just wasn't sure if I should do something before then?

No idea but maybe look up ringworm just in case?

Thanks for replying.

Looked up ringworm images but it's not easy to diagnose- patches aren't rings but then it says they aren't always. We don't have any other pets and they aren't outside yet, so not sure where they would have got them. Unless came with them I guess.

I've heard with ringworm in kittens sometimes they get it from the parent and it only becomes evident (flares up) with stress (i.e. moving home). However there's every chance it's not ringworm and hopefully is something easy to treat! Best of luck!
