Hi all,

I have a flea infestation for the first time and of course it has happened when I have a 4 week old baby Sad

We saw a flea crawling on his face and he has a little bit on his leg, I’m so upset and stressed.

We’ve treated the pets and been hoovering nonstop. I have ordered some Indorex which has arrived today, I just wanted to check -

The website say safe for babies to be around after but I’m a massive worried and still cautious to use chemicals in a house with such a small baby, have people here with babies used it?

Also we plan on doing a room at a time, will it be ok for us to spray a room upstairs while baby is downstairs or would we need to leave the house with the baby?

Any help would be much appreciated - I’m worried sick about this situation. Many thanks

Should be fine. Just close door for at least 2 hours then go in and open all windows for 30 mins plus.

Indorex is the business. Keeps our home totally flea free. (Along with Seresto collars on the pets)

I do the house every 6 months with it (start of spring and then when the heating will be going on again soon)

When I do I do a room at a time and shut that room off for an hour or so.

Hallway I do as we're about to go out.

I’m using beaphar fiprotec which isn’t from vets but pet store said it’s the best they do. Website says veterinary strength, will this not be enough? Regardless I’ve just treated them recently so they will have to wait another month for better stuff Sad

I’ve just found 3 fleas on cat today when combing, does this mean flea treatment definitely ineffective?

Regarding the Indorex I’m not planning on leaving house with baby for a few hours while partner does the whole house but still abit worried about coming home and baby somehow being affected.

Also how long do you leave it before hoovering?

Thank you!

Indorex is brilliant stuff, well worth the expense. It's harmless to humans.
