Dog going backwards...

In training, I mean. Well one area in particular.

He is a year in Nov. We got him in Feb. We worked really hard getting him toilet trained & has been for a while. But over the last 4 weeks or so he has been going in the house. Not even asking to go out (he usually sits by the door or bangs it with paw). He will also go during the night, regardless of whether he went before bed. Before he could go all night dry, or would nudge us & wake us.

During the day the back door is open & he is in & out as needed.

Evening we let him out every 30 mins, unless he decides to stay out there longer himself. We let him out after play/sleep etc just as we did when training him.

Can anyone shed any light on why he has gone backwards? Last night he spent over an hour outside & then came in & wee'd & poo'd!

He also always favours the laundry, which is good as tiled..but would really like to know why this is happening.

Thank you. Yes, regular walks are happening as is cleaning the area.

Will go back to basics as suggested.
