Hamster might be ill.

Hi

So when I play with my Syrian hamster his one testicle is sometimes larger than the other and I am not sure whether that is normal, but when he is in my hands the after about a minute the testicles are even sized, but if he is roaming my bed sometimes you can physically see a difference in the testicle size, it almost looks as if his balls are turned on an angle. Are there any advise on whether I should be worried?

I would take him to the vets. Syrians are susceptible to tumours unfortunately and you'd want that ruling out.
