Oh don't worry, we aren't having a dog at all, doesn't stop her asking me about 100 times a day though.

Phew - for a moment thought you were being seduced by the floppy ears and pleading eyes! I get the dog pressure too - I am transferring it to our lovely neighbours. I think they may be on the point of cracking. Perfect solution - nice dog next door when you want one - give it back when you don't! I think they're going to get a golden retriever. Perfect - my evil plan is working!
