...is a lethal killing machine

She is just over 1 and has recently discovered the joys of hunting. So far we have had brought home butterflies, moths, a dargonfly, field mouse (live), several shrews (alive), dead mice (one yesterday left kindly in my laundry basket), a dead sparrow and today a half dead starling which thankfully DH interecpted before she trotted through the catflap with it.
My worry is the kills are increasing in size and we live near a farm....can she get a cow through the catflap do you think?????

my dog is strangely quiet and is no longer interested in chasing things.

That's not your cat... It looks like my cat Susan Thinking about it Bella looks a little lighter than Susan who eats her food and my other cats food. The kills are a little smaller now... Perhaps due to the competition and the extra weight

Susan is a great name for a cat !

My mum's cat has 2 bells, but it dooesn't stop her killing things. Had a loud bell with my own cat and again, was useless.
Mum's cat did bite off more than she could chew when she got chased down the garden by a blackbird defending its nest!
