FLEAS

I got my kitten a week ago, I never saw a flea on him and neither me or my partner have been bitten I had also gave him a brush with a flea comb and got nothing. I took him to the vets for a general check up giving him a flea and worm treatment. The vet told me she saw no fleas on him. The minute he got home he started itching like he's never done before the vet said it's a common side effect. My partner was playing with him and thought he spotted a flea so he went through again with the flea comb and he found some!!! I very paranoid about fleas as I know how fast they can multiply advice please!!! I'm a first time kitten owner

Did the vet give the flea treatment? If there's only a few fleas then they will get killed by the treatment on the kitten

Yes she gave the treatment but she said she didn't see any fleas? My partner pulled out a couple of tiny fleas on the comb I'm paranoid about them infesting my home

i hate fleas so dam annoying sometimes you comb them and they are still there but you cant find them .They dont show up till the flea drops start to work sometimes,what a pain.

Just keep a eye non have got anywhere in the house or you may have to flea treat the furniture with indorex
