Panic and anxiety and vitamins

Hi there I've suffered with panic on and off for nearly 14 years. Its horrible...I've spent hundreds on therapy treatments, been on an antidepressant for years but didnt help, eat healthily, carry on with my normal life but the panic and anxiety can stay with me for long periods of time. I also hide it incredibly well. Some days I'm exhausted.

I'm a full time mummy and inused tonwork full time before that. I have a loving family and everything is positive but I've been struck down with these attacks and if not attacks long periods of anxiety.

I research and research and ask myself why is still comes back...I read and spend lots on the best books...

I suppose i just live with it now. I can be fine one minute and then suddenly the panic and awful physical symptoms pounce on me. And I'm still to this day so frightened of the attacks.

I was just thinking about vitamin b complex? It says it could calm the nervous system. Anybody else tried this?

I almost feel like something whizzes around in my body and sets off these horrid feelings . It follows me around everywhere. I always pick myself up by saying there are worse things going on out there.

Any comments would be much appreciated. Thank you all
