Need some advice on bee sting on cat

My vet hasn't got back to me today, will call them again tomorrow anyway but I need some advise on my cat who has been stung on his top lip, we removed the sting and have kept him in since to monitor him.
The tissue underneath his lip has now gone white but the swelling has gone down.
His left eye is watering slightly but he is eating and playing fine.

I don't really have advice but i'm guessing if you have removed the sting and he is himself there's not much else you can do. The swelling will probably go down overnight! Poor little thing 😿
