Nail problems advice needed

My chihuahua absolutely hates having her nails clipped, thinking of getting a nail grinder, can anyone recommend one for small dogs ( a quiet one)? Or tips for helping her get over nail cutting anxiety! Her nails are currently way too long and she won't let the clippers near them without very firm restraint.

I couldn’t touch my dog’s feet at all. If you’re on FB look at Nail maintenance for dogs. I now use red handled millers forge clippers and a dremel to round them off. It’s all about conditioning them to see it as a positive thing.
