We've called her Mog. Cute or a walking cliche?

QueenEagle · 25/08/2007 12:11

Does she look like Mog from the Mog and Me books?

BigBearistheBigBear · 25/08/2007 12:14

She's got some tabby on her head. But she's a dead ringer from a distance, if you squint a bit.

I think Mog's a very cute name!!

JeremyVile · 25/08/2007 17:15

Our family cat is called Mog, my sister now has her - she looks like the Meg and Mog cat.

So its a fab name!

NadineBaggott · 25/08/2007 17:17

NutterlyUts · 25/08/2007 17:18

its a bit of both. But then we had a cat in at work named Pauline, so on that note Mog is pretty good!

pooka · 25/08/2007 17:20

We have Meg, Mog (both jet black) and Cain. (Abel off in the happy hunting grounds of the sky).

Is a fine name. Not exceptional. Not different. But a perfectly serviceable and cat-ty name.

JeremyVile · 25/08/2007 17:21

We've got a Rasmus, fluffy norwegian forest monster Pic's on the profile!

leakyR · 25/08/2007 18:32

We had an Izzy.

Have known friends with a
Zilly (short for Godzilla)
Hiff-hiff (apparently witches called their cats this name)
Meep (1st noise he made)

Mog is nice. Love the books.

Spidermama · 25/08/2007 18:34

We're considering Tiger and Bobby for our girls who only arrived yesterday. If they ever come out from under the furniture for long enough we can work out whether or not those names work for them.

Spidermama · 25/08/2007 18:35

I like Mog btw.

MyTwopenceworth · 25/08/2007 18:54

grouchyoscar, I'd like a DD called Margaret. It's cute.
I like Maisie Monster!
Love the catty profile pics.
