Can anyone suggest a bin that my dog will NOT be able to get into??

I used to have one of those cheap swing lid bin, but he broke it. So brought one of those very expensive bins, with the touch top lids thinking he wouldn't work it out, but he is not as stupid as he looks, and just jumps up with his paws and opens the lid I really need a bin that he can't open as he nicks the food and then up farting all night [nice]

Any suggestions?

It is in the utility room, but if the door isn;t closed properably, he is straight in the bin. Dogs eh?!!

MIght have to sort of my understair cupboard and put it there. We did move it away from access, but the door is a bit dodgy and the kids can't always shut it properably, you have to really slam it. It makes me laugh when you catch him in the bin, with his head halfway down the bin, but I don't like the farts!!
