big nipples and belly a bit bigger, Is my jack russel preggers????

JAck russel was in season a few months ago now but nipples have never went down and her belly has gotten fatter? Just a thought she could be preggers. It's actually my nieces dog so not sure if it has came into contact with other male dogs. Aren't they only pregnant for 4 or 5 months though and how big does their bellis get?
Anyone with any advice would be great

Could be a phantom pregnancy, worth taking her to the vet to check.

Could be a false pregnancy, but the only certain way to find out is at the vets. At least if it's false, there won't be any pups! They will be able to advise what to do.
