my cat is missing .......please help me

hello , Its been 10 days ,my kaattu is missing and i cant find her. We have moved here on 10th july and after 3 weeks on 29th july a window was left open at night and she went outside.
even before she did but came within hours . i have become a dead person and cant think of anything . she has a 1 month old baby and i dont know where she is, my baby. she is a real baby and easily gets afraid. though she had no problem in our last house as she knew the area very well where she is born there but it is really very far more than 2000 km . everyone must be thinking that i am crazy but i call her everytime asking every stranger on the street each and every neighbour but nothing. we were going to vet to spay her and now i dont know what to expect.

Today i again went to search and to my surprise i found a school bus with its door open and on asking i found that the door always remain open. Its nearby and i did not see the bus that day because it had left. I just hope kaattu was not inside the bus that day. Should i go and check near the school? Do cats go inside buses or cars if left open?

Yes they do, even in engine compartments and under wheel arches.

Gosh good luck, I have a cat who left for nearly a year before coming back! It was incredible

All the people in my neighborhood are looking for her and we are getting calls every day. And i have doubt on one person and today i am going to follow him to his house.
I know she will be back.

Yes, cats will go in buses and cars. I had a friend who was happily driving to work only to be patted on the shoulder by next door's cat, who'd sneaked into her car unnoticed.

Glad to see that lots of people are helping - hope that Kaattu makes her appearance soon.

Don't give up and keep doing what you're doing. My cat turned up 4 months after going missing.

I am not giving up. Even if i have to stop going clg for days,. i am going find her.

Is it possible to post a picture and the general area you’re in?

@funghi i didnot understand. Are you saying to post her pic in fb. But the problem is that i don't have any local frnds since i am new to this area.

Is your cat microchipped and neutered?
If neutered, they're less likely to stray
And if chipped, you're much more likely to get them back if they get found and taken to a vet.
Hopefully it will find you again

Check on Facebook for Lost and Found Pets pages in your local area and put the details on there
And while you're on those pages, check everything which has been posted since she went missing just in case someone has already found her and posted on there !!
