Wanting some advice as to how to complain about our new neighbours dogs!
Lovely older Couple have just moved in- but they have 5 small breed dogs that they have no control over, we hear them from before 7am til passed 11pm.
Bought our house mainly because of the beautiful south facing garden- but now dread sitting outside- the owners seem not to notice but it’s getting ridiculous, barking for the sake of barking!
Anyone been in this scenario?
Wondering what can possibly be done?
How do we go about wording it without offending?
