Tell me all I need to know. Looking at a house that comes with quite a lot of land and stables. Considering the best ways to manage it/possibly even make money from it. DC might want ponies in a few years. Just read a thread on the tack room that totally puts me off doing DIY livery. I'm a pretty animally person, so happy to consider anything.
