World's greediest cat not eating.

So dcat, who is an obese, yowling foodhound, is not eating. He's just lying there, eyes open, looking shook. I'm wondering of he has a hairball. Has anyone else's cat had a hairball and did it look like this?

My cat has hairballs all the time as she's long haired and does not react like that at all, she usually walks around making horrible retching noises till it's out. I think something else, can you take up DCat to vet asap? Poor baby.

Vet is open at nine. I'll definitely be trying to get him seen. Something is wrong with him.
