Cat struggling to jump

Hi, my 13 year old cat is suddenly starting to hesitate and struggle a bit when trying to jump onto the kitchen units. Not that I want him to, but he used to do it with ease! He can jump small distances easily, but he seems to really dither about and rock backwards and forwards before trying to do anything larger now. He can still do it just about though.

I'm guessing he has arthritis? Is there anything I can buy to give him? Thanks in advance!

is he rocking back and forwards to try and gauge the distance and height, would it be worth getting his eyesight checked. Some people say fish oil helps with arthiritis but a trip to the vet might help.

Our vet recommended Yumove cod liver oil for cats. You can buy it on Amazon. You break the capsules and sprinkle the powder on their food.
