Dear all
Please help, my 6 year old female black Labrador Jessie needs a new home.
My family and I are moving to the states in August and we can't take her with us.
We are desperate to find her a good home and I am in contact with a Labrador rescue charity but am trying every means possible to re home her myself.
She needs a loving family without other dogs as she doesn't get on with them, but is good with our cats!
She is wonderful with kids, i have 2 girls under 2 years old and she loves them to bits.
She is a bit shy of people she doesn't know till they have given her treats!
If you can help please call 07903912316
or reply to this message, we live in Essex.
We are not asking for money for her, just a good home.
Many thanks
Vicky

Hiya...my sister is VERY interested in rehoming Jess. She lost her black lab a few years ago and is keen to get another one. She's asked the following questions!....How long has she been used to be left on her own during the day? Is she up to date with vaccinations etc? How big is she?

Please can you either ring me on 07773 578211 or MN back asap. Thanks.

Oh and my sister is extremely good with dogs - she lives in a very rural area backing onto fields etc and her husband used to be a Shepherd and therefore loves dogs too!

Cheers!

Hello there
Sorry should have updated sooner!
Jessie has gone to a wonderful new home, where I am sure she will be totally loved to bits. I am really pleased but at the same time sad, as i miss her loads. The house is so quite without her, plus my Mum as taken my cats now as well, so its just the kids tearing the place apart.
Thanks to Barney2 (aka Helen) for your help. You don't know how grateful I am that she has a good home.

Vicky

Hiya - Jess is doing brilliantly. She has settled in so well into her new home. She is ruling the roost and loves nothing more than curling up on her new Mum's bed!! Thanks Vicky for the lovely update - I am just very glad to have been able to help. We'll keep in touch!!! xxx
