Right, nosey neighbour alert!!!!

Neighbours across the street have builders in at the moment. Today he has left his westie dog in his van with the window open a little bit.

It is 9am and is already quite hot and I can see the dog is panting a lot.

What d'you reckon I should do (if anything?)

The builder hasn't been back for 2 days I don't think Maybe he has finished his job over the road (it can't have been a very big job as he spent an extraordinary amount of time drinking tea

This is my pet hate (sorry no pun intended)I can't believe how many people are ignorant to the fact that inside a car in the sun(doesn't have to be the summer!) temperatures reach the same degrees as the inside of your oven! Even opening a window makes no difference! If you see him doing this again make sure to tell him you are phoning the police. I carry leaflets in my bag and frequently put them in shops and at carpark pay machines.People have to be educated about this, if you can't take your dog with you leave it at home with plenty of water.Rant over!!!
