Missing my mog

My cat died today andI feel awful.

We found her convulsing on the floor this moring. Vet thinks she ate slug pellets. We got a call after 6pm to say she's died. Even as I write this I can feel my eyes welling up.

Yeah she was a dippy moggy, but she was MY dippy moggy.

Have to decide what we want to do with her, I'd love to bury her at home but we have no real garden unless I dig up a border.

I really miss her, keep expecting to see her at the window, nose pressed to the glass.

Where the hell did I put the tissues??

So sorry, can feel myself filling up as I read this. My little puss died in an rta a few years ago so I know how sad you are feeling. We buried her in one of the borders in our garden, just wanted her home with us. Flip I'm filling up again just thinking of it Just think of the lovely happy life you gave her & hopefully that will help when you are feeling really sad

I had a cat that died after eating rat poison so I know exactly how you feel.

Could you dig up a border and replace it after you'd buried her, plant a nice plant on top?

Thank you everyone for your messages. Felt ok this morning but as soon as dh went to work I bawled my eyes out and have been on and off all morning. DH has had to get MiL to phone VETS as I would just wouldn't be able to.

Didn't think I'd be as devestated as I am. Feels so unfair. It was strange not having her jump on myhead this morning.
