cat keep toileting in house

Hi,
My 14 year old cat has occasionally gone to the toilet in the house recently but it has now become frequent. She tends to go in the same place so I have wee mats down but she will wee under the wee mat and scratch it on top. She's out most of the day and only comes in late at night so she's hardly here yet this is becoming a real problem.

Any ideas?

Could you put a litter tray where she is peeing?

And use an enzyme cleaner where the old pee was
