Is there an alternative to Petlog?

Hi! My sister is having a nightmare changing the details on her tortoise's Petlog microchip - she keeps being told she needs an online code which she was never given. I wondered if there was anywhere else in the UK where chips can be logged. Any advice really appreciated

You just need to print off a change of details form from the website - it will cost to change details. Or you can pay the premium cost when doing this which will then give you an online code so it's free to change as many times as you like.

Not sure if it's the same company, I'm guessing it is but I couldn't find my number to put in so I emailed them giving all my cats information and they emailed back a couple weeks later with the reference number I needed.

Just been on the website to find you a link and I see they've removed the option to print a form off! Sorry I've been on maternity leave and obviously out of the loop 🙄😆

Thanks for your replies. Sis has paid £6 and made 3 calls but got nowhere. She will try emailing. Problem is tortoise was chipped years ago by parents before they had internet at home and no one now has code number

Can you click on the don't have petlog id option so they can send it to you?
