Neighbours unneutered cat spraying everywhere!

As the message says!

He has started spraying in our car port and it stinks!

Tried moth balls, jeyes, electronic deterrent & it's still peeing everywhere

Anything I can do?

We have the same problem.
DP is planning to catnap and get him fixed if we can't find a solution.
His mode of reasoning is that whilst they may complain (if they even notice) there's nothing they can do to make him "whole" again.

Have you actually spoken to your neighbours about the issue?

Contact your local cats protection and see if they will trap him and have him neutered. Owners will probably not even notice his family jewels are gone.

No I haven't spoken to them as I suspect they won't be interested

You can't trap and neuter someone else's pet.
Speak to them.
Block access?

His owners are not interested so no joy there
