Horsey people.... riding question

Have just booked a riding lesson again for next week. Haven't ridden since found out i was pregnant (almost a year ago).

My ds2 is now 10 weeks.... so do you think all internal things should be able to withstand riding now??? I'm breastfeeding too... so wondered whether all that bouncing up and down might be uncomfortable!! (sorry this thread is starting to sound like some sort of Carry On film!)

Should add I'm a novice really.

You should be fine. I went back to riding horses as a profession when DD1 was 16 weeks old. It was hard going at first, but only because of the level of fitness required (I ride racehorses). Get a good sports bra for the comfort side of things, and away you go!

Good for the pelvic floor .
Get a really good sport bra and don't forget breast pads.
Have a great time!!

I want to start horse riding again soon. I rode for about 8/9 years when I was younger but haven't ridden in a few years now. I couldn't ride yet though as ds2 is only 18 weeks and my boobs get sore from jogging up and down the stairs so definitely wouldn't be attemping riding any time soon! Am looking forward to getting back into though.
