My cat has been missing for 5 days now

Hello, everyone, I'm new to this forum.

I'm feeling really alone at this point, my 21-week old kitten jumped out of the window on Monday Morning and hasn't been home since. Its like he just disappeared. I've reported him and notified and sent out an alert. I've walked around and put posters up, spoken to neighbors and people in local coffee shops. It's 5 days in.. and I still haven't found him. The longer this goes on the more hopeless I am about ever seeing him again. Particularly because he is only a kitten I fear he's gotten himself into a bit of trouble.

I bet someone's taken him in nicked him.

Have you gone on your local facebook page?

Put him/her on www.doglost.co.uk (not just for dogs and it will cost you nothing) - you will get best advice from them and if anyone who follows doglost lives in your area they will keep a look out for your kitten. Plus, they automatically make a poster that you can print off to keep postering everywhere (when the ones you've done have been taken down, etc). Try putting a poster/flyer through everyone's door in your street, asking them to look in their sheds/outhouses/gardens in case the kitten is trapped or hiding there.

Have you phoned all local vets, animal shelters - that may be worth doing.
