Hello!! so my mom and I bought a puppy from a breeder on the 21st of December, when we bought her we were told she was 8 weeks old! Then later on we find out she’s only 6 weeks old and her birthday is November 6th. A lot of people have told me she should have never come home yet and I completely understand, If i had known she was only 6 weeks I would of urged to keep her there longer, what i’m asking is, will she be okay? is there anything we should look out for? we have a 7 year old golden retriever and he doesn’t like to interact with her, he runs everytime she goes to him, we think it’s because he knows she’s small so he can’t rough house with her. we also have a 10 week old pup but he’s too rough with her although that could just be my protective instincts and they could be fine, I just want to know what we should do to make it be like she was still with her litter and her mom for the two weeks she missed, do we let her interact with our other two pups? should we be worried about her health in anyway? any advice at all in any way would be greatly appreciated since it’s not possible to bring her back for the remaining weeks! I just want her to be happy and comfortable!
