help me name my puppy please!

We're getting a nove scotia duck tolling retriever next week. He's red and has a tiny white start on his chest, white toes and white tip to his tail. He's very cute - I'll post a picture one day when i work out how!
Anyway can't decide from our shortlist so wanted some help please.
Either
Rhubarb (as he's red and like the cartoon dog!)
Copper (again as he's red and I love the Fox & Hound disney story)
or barley which we just like.
What do you all think - or anyone got any other suggestions?

Sorry rustyb didn't mean to offend you! I do like pepper and agree with copper sounding like policeman - have to admit I prefer 2 syllable names too. My only reservation about Barley is we used to have a dog called Marley up until about a year ago and I worry that i'd keep calling him marley by mistake.
I like chili too, I suggested merlot after one of my fav things thats red but dh said no!
No one else likes rhubarb then?
