Someone please give me the lowdown on Rabbits.

DD1 (8) wants one.

We have a Springer Spaniel that chases everything that moves.

We are suseptable to rats in the garden.

Don't fancy cleaning the darn thing out.

They have long teeth.

Anything else I can arm myself with? She's promised she'll got to the pet shop herself if we don't give in (impossible, but it shows her strength of determination)

I BLOODY DON'T WANT ONE!!!!!

oh no sorry, the pone that died was years ago. my currewnt one is about 18months old. and lovely at times. he actually comes out to greet me now and doesnt cower in the cage scared. its taken over a year to get him friendly.

my old bunny died in my arms. she was a softy. she waited for me it seems, and just went in my arms when i was holding her.

it is sad when they get older. it does take time to earn their trust but ours are really friendly, there are pic of two of them on my profile.
