Fair cat sitting rate

How much is a fair rate to pay for cat sitting?

It's a strange one as I provide childcare for this family (amongst others) anyway, which I was being paid for while they were on holiday.

I went into their home twice a day, fed and groomed their 6 cats (and feeding three strays outside the house) , cleaned litter trays, and mopped hoovered the whole house a few times over three weeks.
I'm not really counting the weekdays as I was in the area working anyway. Although I did go in half an hour early every morning to sort out the cats before work. (Could be construed as overtime?!)

Anyway, I'm mainly counting just for the three weekends (including a bank holiday Monday) - (I don't work weekends). It took me 45mins to travel there first thing in the morning, and I'd spend between 30mins and an hour with the kitties, then 45mins travelling back home and do it all over again in the evening.

So... what do you think would be a reasonable price to pay someone to come in twice a day for 3 Saturdays, 3 Sundays and a bank holiday Monday?
And AIBU to also want to include the time I did before my normal working hours?

Thanks for your opinions!

I paid £10/day for 2 visits a day for 2 cats but there was no mopping or hoovering involved. Maybe factor in petrol costs too.
