Next week I need to go and feed bil's snake. Apparently I need to defrost the mouse. So question. Can I bung it in the microwave on the defrost setting or is that just bloody stupid?

We have a corn snake . I've always air defrosted to be honest . It actually doesn't take that long . I think you can use warm water but google it to sure .

Microwaving is a BAD idea as it will cook the mouse which will make the snake ill .

Put it in plastic bag and place in warm (not hot) water to defrost it quicker, although they defrost quite quickly on top of a viv. Xx

If it's only a little mouse, it won't take long to defrost in the air. I have hairdried them on cool in the past, not for long though!
