Anyone made a custom indoor aviary?

I'm hoping to make a custom indoor aviary but I'm hoping to get some examples of what other people have made to get some ideas.

I know its a long short, but I wondered if anyone on here has made one they have pictures of?

How many of what type of bird are you housing?

We have 7 lovebirds living in a massive aviary type cage. We looked into building one but it worked out cheaper to buy a big cage instead!

Only Zebra finches, but they need a lot of space for their size. I want the cage big enough to house up to 8 of them. I looked into buying a cage, but the cages that are big enough have bar spacing too wide.

I love zebra finches! I had them as my first birdies when I was 8, they breed like rabbits though!

Can't be any more help in that case, unless you buy a large parrot cage and wrap it in chicken wire, sounds a bit Blue Peter crap but that's what we did with mine, all the sharp bits were on teh outside so it was only a danger to me
