We have just moved house and our dog keeps bolting out the front door and running away to explore. She wouldn't run out in the old house even with the door wide open. Moving from the countryside she is not used to streets and roads and runs right into the road. Trying to be as careful as I can to avoid it happening but any advice welcome please

Take her for lots of walks around the area for hours at a time. Let her sniff and be as nosey as she likes, over time she'll get used to what's out there and won't be so fussed with trying to escape. Good luck!

I urgently need help.
I have an 8 month old border collie who won't stop biting, he bite anyone for no particular reason, even when there is no noise or movement he still continues to bite everyone! I have tried to train him out of it by telling him no and removing him so hes alone, I have also tried treats, extra walks and he just never seems to listen at all... Even when he's walking he pulls majorly on the lead, jumps up at passers by and I'm just at my wits end as everything I've tried is useless... It's urgent we sort this now as we have children in the house and he is becoming a pain to look after as we have to watch him 24/7, someone please help!!

Jamie you need to hire a behaviourist. Google for behaviourists in your area or ask your vet or the breeder/rescue you got the dog for recommendations.

Taking her for walks would ensure that she gets familiarised with the place.

You have to train your puppy to curb his mouthy behaviour. Another important aspect is making her aware of bite inhibition a way of teaching your pet to be gentle.
Play with your pet till he bites, especially hard. When he bites gives a high-pitched yelp and let your hand go limp which would startle him and cause him to stop mouthing you, at least for a moment. Treat him for stopping it. Continue this for sometime. He would definitely learn.
If you raise your puppy with positive training techniques, and introduce him to all sorts of people and places, then he will grow up to be more relaxed and confident, and this will help to stop dog biting behavior due to fear and anxiety.
Engage him in activities which would help him release all that energy they have.Exercises like swimming would not only ensure overall health, exercise to stimulation but also energy release. Provided take all precautions needed (www.soldapools.com/blog/swimming-precautions/swimming-precautions-pet-dog/").
Dogs have excess energy which has to be channeled properly to keep them away from destruction out of boredom. It would in turn make him tired. Dogs too get bored and restless. Varied activity would help to keep your dog alert, focused and happy.
