Cat lost tooth

Our cat has been having a few fallings out with the other local felines, and has lost a tooth in the process. Not in any pain or distress or anything. Will a cat's tooth (canine) grow back?

As far as I'm aware they don't grow back. Our cat only has the one, he also has those teeny tiny teeth at the top and bottom but apart from that nothing else, he had to have all the rest taken out. He manages his food and biscuits fine. Never been much of a hunter.
It's horribly when they fight isn't it.

Well, its good he stands up for himself, just hope he doesn't acquire any nasty injuries!
