no good advice there but it has given me a good old chuckle

what you have a dog and still have a lawn ,wow! someone sugested to me that you put chicken wire just under the soil where its really bad and seed over the top . However i have grown to love my super post apocoliptic wasteland ,i think it has a certain uber urban chic to it ,perhaps i could rent it out for the next episode of shameless .

its not for me i want the advice i dont have a dog ! maybe your idea would work ratclare i will pass the idea on thanks.lol at shameless my dh favourite programme.

Another vote for use of a water pistol.
I have them scattered around the house and garden so there's always one to hand when dog crimes are taking place.
