Does my toy poodle know I'm pregnant?

I've got a toy poodle who's now 2 she's always been my shadow but since I was about 9 weeks I'm now 16 she lays next to my stomach with one paw on my belly and tries licking my belly- I don't know if I'm reading too much into this or weather she can sense the baby? Has anyone else had this?

The very first day my cat sat on my lap was the day before I found out I was pregnant. We'd had her for about a year before that.
Also my friend's very stand off ish cat sat on me.
(Sadly the pregnancy ended at 13 weeks so I don't know if it would have changed after that).
