How many pets?

We have five pets. A house rabbit, house cat,canary and two gerbils. All animals are in separate parts of the house so they are safe ;) big dream is to one day open up a rescue centre. So...nosey question. How many pets do you guys have????

Dps are harder than pets... ;)

Rats are amazing. They are so social and really want to spend time with you. Unlike rabbits or Hamsters.

1 dog, 2 guinea pigs and a pet pigeon at home.

3 ponies, 2 pet sheep and a dozen chickens/ducks at the yard.

Ds (3) wants his chickens at home. Also wants a rabbit, a kitten, a goat and a triceratops. He is what I call an animal person. Dd (12) would rather have new make up.

Can recommend rats to those enquiring. But they are social animals so expect to have 2 or 3 together!

I've recently just gone down (due to deaths 😢) to 7 guinea pigs, 2 cats, 2 rabbits & a fish tank. We've also had hamsters & bearded dragons.

We only had 2 cats until DC started school (I'm a SAHP) but then with spare time on my hands I went a little animal adoption crazy. Unfortunately can't add any more as now pg again. A rescue is my dream, maybe one day 😊

Here's my cats & bunnies 😊 - grey bun was abandoned in my town, white bun was passed around due to 'aggression', black cat was a friends of a friends unwanted litter & tortie was cats protection.

Love this thread! 1 dog, 1 bearded dragon, 1 tortoise and 1 royal python! Would love a rat but we can't have anything fluffy or squeaky around the dog. I'll try and attach photos- the tortoise is a spur thighed, he's only a year and a half old so quite small and stays inside in his table, but much bigger than when we picked him up as a tiny hatchling!

I have had rats in the past and will definitely have them again. At the moment the children are too young and we have the beautiful Paddycat in residence and one large goldfish.

Most I have had is two dogs, two rats and a tank of tropical fish and that was enough for me!

Sewing sorry for your losses . Congratulations on your pregnancy, how far gone are you? My youngest is 7 months now can't believe where the time has gone

Thank you tso, I'm 20 weeks now so getting there! Youngest dc is 8 and we hadn't planned on anymore so starting from scratch again is an adventure for sure 😁
