How do you know she isn't full? Bear in mind with the dry food you need to ensure they have plenty of water.

There is nothing at all you can do about this - persuading a cat to do something it doesn't want to do is about as feasable as persuading a fish to breath air. Give her the dried food and plenty of water - she will eat and drink what she needs.
