i am so angry i just think of putting down poison to put my idiot neighbor dog down! pooping near my car every freaking day!
someone stops me now or i am going to the shop to by rat poison and ham!

there are a few Dogs here that roan around the village - i see them all the time - there is no way i can find the owner unless i will follow the damm dog!

Then call the dog warden if they are roaming free.

Yeah you need the dog warden, dogs shouldn't be allowed to roam. They'll collect the dog and charge a fee to release I believe. As well as a fine if it's not chipped.
