Hello everyone, I hope some of you can help and offer me an insight into owing a puppy/dog. I've been doing lots of research for months about getting a puppy, I have two sons at home aged 6 and 10 and they are both keen on getting a puppy. I work part time in a preschool so I have been planning to get the puppy at the start of the summer holidays. However, as time has got nearer I have become anxious about 'what if I can't cope, what if I regret it' etc etc. I am really looking for advice from people as to what life becomes like with a puppy/dog, I just feel scared that we will never be able to do anything anymore like go to the fair, go to the cinema, out for dinner etc. It's probably usual nerves as time has got so close, but I've seen an advert for some lovely Cockapoo puppies that look perfect but I'm worried because of all the what if's??
Any help you can give me would be really appreciated, thank you all in advance.... x
