do they do a health check on animals?

There's a PDSA clinic in the city where I live, but you have to be in receipt of benefits to use it. Is that what you mean?

yes i know about whether you need to be rcvind housing or council tax benefit which ive got one of them but just wondered if they do a health check on my cat as she had never had one - i ve had her for 4 weeks adn shes 7m old

Pretty sure they don't - I think that they would say that they are there to treat 'sick animals' IYSWIM....
