Ducklings hatching

Ok so we rescued a duck egg and there is definitely a duckling in it. It seems to have been around 28 days but no internal pipping?
The air sac is quite prominent however I can now see the duck moving and have seen the outline of a beak (I think). You can also see the blood vessels just at the bottom as well. is it close? or not?
Different answers everywhere.

Any advice?

keep it warm, keep it damp, keep turning it.
Wait.
Have a heat lamp ready for when it hatches, it will need it for 8 weeks.

(no idea of timing sorry)

and keep camera ready to video it hatching and post on here obviously!
