When I got my puppy the breeder said I wasn't allowed to breed with her without her permission. Is this right? I'm curious although have no plans to breed her.

If a dog is KC registered their breeder can place endorsements on them when they do the registration which means that no offspring from that dog can be registered with the KC unless the breeder has lifted them.
