as my 6m old cat who i collected 3 weeks ago LOVES plastic bags as she loves exploring inside it, sleeping in it and tried to eat it a few times too - strange!!

also she loves sitting in those narrow firm plastic long bags (the ones that you have the beach plastic items in it) she be happy lying in it with her head sticking out of it!

One of my dogs sleeps with a pillow under his head, in old times I often found him sleeping in my bed with his head on the pillow and covered up with a blanket up to his neck!

Other dog is extremely femenine as soon as she sees the lead she "brushes" her head against anything that could serve the purpose. Although they both are obedience trained, she only pretends to be sitting if the floor is not clean enough!

my old cat used to hoard money. if he found change lying around he'd pick it up in his mouth and stash it somewhere

my parents cats has some sort of ecstatic frenzy when they found fluffy glittery balls to play with..... they couldn't have them to play with constantly as they lost the plot slightly but we gave them to them for special occasions like vet visits to cheer them up. they went a bit mad when we took them away again though! sat under the shelf they were on yowling for hours

When I took my (now sadly departed) collie out in the rain, she used to follow people with umbrellas and try to befriend them!

my rabbit sits in a tray and likes to sit 'under' it getting herself trapped. she never learns

We feed our dog dried food and when we put it down he likes to take out one biscuit, carry it into another room, sniff it, then eat it and then go back and finish the rest. He must think we're tryng to poison him or something.
He also likes to carry his food bowl into a room with carpet to eat, if he gets the chance. I've now bought him a stand so the bowls are off the floor.

My cat will shun the sofa, my bed and various comfortable spots, in favour of sleeping curled up on a plasic bag on the floor. Ditto an a4 piece of paper.

When my cat was younger she adored paper bags - she'd play inside them for hours, then sleep inside them. We used to go to Ikea and go home with nothing, just a pile of their big brown paper bags for the cat (a word of warning though, Biglips - she got her head stuck inside the handles of a bag once and almost strangled herself, so if your cat is making a habit of going into plastic bags, you might want to make sure you cut the handles).

She likes to chase her tail while she's on either sitting on the banisters or on a shelf - puts her tail on one side, attacks it from the other, and goes round and round over and under the shelf. I'm not quite sure how she doesn't end up falling off, but she doesn't.

My old cat used to like to sit in the tree outside the house, wait for someone to walk underneath, then hurl herself down onto their head.

Cats are mad - there's not a sane one anywhere

My very lazy dog will take any opportunity to go to bde...mine that is and has even worked out how to get under the covers with head on pillow...thinking she wants to be hunman!

when my mother's dog was being house trained we used to take her to a newspaper as soon as we saw she was about to have a wee... and what did she learned? wee wherever you want and afterwards sit on a newspaper!

We had a similar problem with my dog when he was a puppy, we couldn't leave any newspaper, magazine or book on the floor, as soon as he realised he was not going to make it to his newspaper he just used the nearest one!.

Another strange thing I have learned is that dogs can and do spit out the parts of the food they don't like. (You should see them when I add Pedigree Mixer to their wet food... the things just fly!)

i remember my dog had a thing for plastic as mum said that he once pulled all the wet washing out of the washing machine and chewed all the buttons off !!.....also those vertical big blinds for patios, the beads on the bottom was all chewed off as the dog chewed it off....also he chewed a hairbrush up once!

what a strange dog!
