budgies how big a cage

in new year would likevto buy two budgies but recevied conflicting advice on how big an indoor cage is needed. can someone advise. also is it true if I have two they won't become very tame.

as big as you can get. and then a bit bigger.
friends have converted a double wardrobe into a home for theirs.
make sure you read up loads before you get any pet!

Hi ! There's a good fb group called budgie whispers. I would recommend it.

In answer as large as you can but it depends on how much time they get out of the cage. The fb group can help more with this.

And yes I can be harder to tame 2 rather than one but not impossible. Keeping just one on it's own means it's more likely to become attached to you and, if you get a male more likely to talk as well. They make amazing but attention demanding pets.

However 2 budgies can be good company for each other if you for example are at work all day.
