Cat and Kittie trouble

Hi, new here haha and also a new Kitten owner. My kitten, Azula is 8 weeks old (and counting) and she's been here just about a day or two. She's adjusted, no peeing or pooing on carpets, hardly any crying (I've figured it out) but I have an older cat, Jessie. She's about 13 (old girl) and she's had afew litters herself but I never kept one because I was too younge (I'm 20 now) She wasn't always mine, she was my Grandpa's but he sadly past and since then I've been taking care of her, but we've recently moved and she seem to have adjusted nicely, outdoor cat learnt to use the litter box within a day! But she doesn't seem to want to know the kitty, Azula isn't all that bothered either but Jessie seems alittle off, she would sleep on my bed and stay in my room but she barely comes in now since I have to keep Azula in my room (we have a dog that is my Dads and he has run of the kitchen and livingroom) we live in a flat. Jessie can't go outside because we're on a busy street. What shall I do? Jessie right now at 6:30am (Azula was very crying tonight) is laying on the floor outside my bedroom door, the door is open. But she still will not come in.

Help?!!!
